At House of Cookie Couture, every piece is intentionally curated and offered in limited quantities. To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our collections, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit on any items, including:

• Couture pieces

• Accessories

• Sale items

• Promotional bundles

• Discounted or clearance merchandise

Please review and inspect all items carefully before completing your purchase. Items are sold as-is, and House of Cookie Couture is not responsible for sizing issues, fit preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping & Damage Claims

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Valid claims may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. No adjustments or credits will be issued after the 48-hour window.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
